One of two core programs that CAPRI provides to our membership is the Liability Program.  Our program offers coverage up to $25 million per occurrence for certain third party liability claims including personal injury, property damage, automobile liability, employment practices liability, and public official errors and omissions. CAPRI self-funds coverage up to $1,000,000 and losses that exceed that threshold are covered through reinsurance and excess policies.
